Today I woke up. I am alive. I am unhealthy. I am in constant pain. I am disabled, but I am also very, very thankful. I am thankful that I woke up. I get to witness another beautiful day. I get another opportunity to choose to indulge in happy thoughts and happy feelings, and to recall happy memories. I get another opportunity to make more of those. ~ Andrew Scheurich
