It’s better to be alone than to be with someone who makes you feel lonely.
You can never be alone if you believe and if someone is sucking the joy from you life, walk on by and go somewhere else.
If someone is giving you only “half” of themselves, you better believe someone else is getting the other half. ~ Christian Castaneda
Do not be in a relationship just because you feel alone, because if you’re not all there, he/she is not the right person for you. Many people are in relationships because they don’t want to feel alone or they just want to have some fun. Don’t be with someone you don’t truly love because love cannot be taken lightly, but it has to be respected and not tempered with since love is the force that drives us and fills our lives with hope for a better tomorrow. It is better to be alone than to be in a relationship that you know you shouldn’t even be in. It is not fair for both sides. Learn how to be truly happy alone if you ever want to be in a healthy loving relationship. Don’t settle for less. If she/he doesn’t make you feel all the right things, let them go and be on the lookout for the one that will make you feel something no one else ever made you feel, that someone who’s faults and imperfections match well with yours. ~ Laura Toma
Better to be alone and single rather than live with someone who makes your life miserable and your marriage so abusive and violent. In the first place, our happiness does not depend on a man. Happiness depends on us, our choices & how we choose to live our life. Go out there and change your outlook in life. You don’t have to go places, not even to go partying (those are just escapes), not even having lots of friends to make you laugh. It’s in us, our own perspective. Change your view, develop your interests and hobbies, engage in an activity that supports a noble cause, enjoy your home, fix it, redecorate. Keep reading and learn new things. The list could be endless. Stop thinking about a man to make you happy. Be happy with who you are and what you are capable of being, being a captain of your own ship. Steer it in the right bright direction. ~ Belen Hidalgo
