Worry has survival value. Excessive worry has destructive value. Where you draw the line is upto you.
Worry is just a bad habit that you can reprogram yourself to not do. It does take practice but it can be done.
We need to train our self not to focus on worriness but hope & challenges. Finally, we can fill much of portion of joy & pleasure in our life. To make us like that, we always need God.
Worrying and fear is always part of our life. It’s up to us how we handle our feelings!
